Please put it on charge before using it. Please use as instructed 1. Wear the watch in the correct time direction 2. To turn on the machine: Press the button on the left hand side down for 3sec and then release (Light mode: red and blue lights flash the machine ... after that the blue light will be on continuously. Blue light means standby mode)
3. To start: video and audio recording press the DOWN button on the left hand side once and then release (Light mode: blue light flashes 3 times which means recording has started) 4. To power off To: Press the down button on the left hand side for 3 seconds and then release (Light mode: only the red light flashes 3 times and it's switched off) Start audio recording

1. Please switch on the wrist watch and attach it to the computer. 2. Please do not attach to computer or electricity while function.3. If you can't see the video and only audio is coming please download VLC media player again to play the file
